Patience.
My whining has worked. The letter to the insurance company goes out on Monday. Many thanks to the receptionist for taking charge on my behalf.

I have contacted the ortho about next steps. Will hear back from him on Monday/Tuesday.

Am wondering if my new dental mightn't cover braces to an extent. I find out on Tuesday.

The gears must keep moving.
